Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

2 cups whey protein powder

1 tsp baking powder

2 tsp cinnamon

1 1/2 cups low fat cottage cheese

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup canola (I used coconut oil_

1 egg

2 tsp vanilla

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Combine cottage cheese, honey, oil, egg and vanilla in a blender (or you can use a hand held blender). Blend until smooth but not too much that you can’s see any cottage cheese curds.

Remove from the blender and add to a bowl along with the rest of the ingredients.

Drop by teaspoons onto a parchment-paper-lined cookie sheet. Bake for about 10-12 min or until lightly brown on top.
